Download Ebooks & Audiobooks from CloudLibrary

Use your Old Town Public Library Card to borrow ebooks and audiobooks from the Maine Infonet Download Library, powered by cloudLibrary.
 

 You Will Need

  • Your OT library card number (ask us if you don't have your actual card).
  • A computer, or other device that supports apps (i.e. Android or iPhone, Kindle Fire, iPad or Android tablet.
  • An internet connection for the actual download (use the library Wifi both inside the building or outside).

 To Get Started

  • Download the app at yourcloudlibrary.com
  • Start the login process
  • Choose your country and state
  • Choose your library: Old Town Public Library
  • Enter your library card number
  • Enter your phone number (include all ten numbers with dashes)
  • Now you're ready to use cloudLibrary!

 Some Things to Consider

  • You can use the filter option to limit your search to only those items that are available, and to specific formats (i.e. just ebooks, or just audiobooks).
  • If an ebook or audiobook is available, you'll be able to add it to your cart, if it's not available, you can use the "place a hold" option.  An email will notify you when the title is available to be checked out.
  • Your downloaded book will automatically expire at the end of the loan period, but you can also choose to return a title, before it expires.
